Finally someone affordable, with heart in their work. When I hired Mr. Burk it I knew he was the highest reviewed, but I was shocked when I found out he was also the best priced defense in town and I searched extensively keeping notes and calling attorneys left and right before I went with Burk as my choice. Now if only the City of Everett can replace their prosecutors with someone that knows what they’re doing and who takes their job seriously enough to file real charges for victims of hate crimes and attempted murder instead of treating the law like a joke and charging the victims with a crime. I highly recommend Burk without hesitation for instant piece of mind and most importantly for the good feeling of Burk placing the weight of the world and all the problems that come with it on his legal shoulders.
I will use their services again if needed and recommend others to as well. Great communication and hard working professionals that work as if they were fighting for their own infraction to be dropped. My ticket was dismissed!
