I had a case that stemmed from an automobile accident that had happened over a year before. My condition kept getting worse and I knew that when the spine specialist said that I needed surgery I needed to contact an attorney. Let me begin by saying this is my first experience with a debilitation car wreck and I really did not know where to turn. I am an elderly woman and needed a lawyer to really take a leadership role in my case. I contacted Matt Russell, he reassured me he would take control from that moment forward and he did just that. Although my initial contact with this firm was not the best experience, the way this firm handled my dissatisfaction has me changing my initial 1 star rating to a 5. I had a bad experience speaking with the intake coordinator and after posting a negative review about my experience I was contacted by Jim Hill. He was very concerned about my experience and was very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. He definitely cares about great deal about his firm and the way his firm is perceived. Although he could have easily called and apologized and got me off the phone he made sure to ask me what happened and what I was upset about that way he could try and correct it. I hired Dustin Burke to fight a vehicular assault charge (with DUI) I was facing. It was a very scary time needless to say, but Dustin made every effort to make sure that I was well informed of the situation and all possible outcomes. He was also very easy to get in touch with if I every had any questions or concerns. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and positive. After only a couple of hearings he was able to strike a plea deal with the prosecutor and get my case down to a reckless driving which doesn’t happen very often.
