Russell & Hill – Injury & Accident Attorneys is pleased to announce that Jaclyn J. Gaddy has been named partner in 2021. Jaclyn leads the firm’s Social Security Disability practice and has been a valuable team member since 2016. Jaclyn’s leadership, dedication, and successful outcomes have made her partnership a natural fit.
Jaclyn has previously worked for Disability Determination Services (DDS) as an adjudicator, where she evaluated applicants’ eligibility for Social Security Disability. Jaclyn now uses the skills and experience she gained in that position to help clients as they navigate the often confusing disability process. Helping clients obtain the benefits they need and deserve is the top priority of Jaclyn and the entire team at Russell & Hill – Injury & Accident Attorneys.
Jaclyn focuses her practice in Everett, Washington, but takes cases throughout Washington State, Oregon, California, and Idaho. Jaclyn splits time representing claimants both at the administrative level and at the federal level. She is licensed in the United States District Court in both the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.
Jaclyn J. Gaddy attended Eastern Washington University for her undergraduate studies and then studied law at Gonzaga University School of Law and graduated cum laude.
